Applying for Mod Or Admin

Hello, This is TopSlayer. I am applying for Moderator Position because i have great ideas and i will be willing to help anyone that needs my help. I have recently quit runescape because the bots are ruining the game. I have tried reporting most of them but there are to many. I was hoping to make a good fresh start with a Runesape Private Server. Please take my request under consideration. Thank you
